Rocco Papìa takes the audience on a journey through music and songs from around the world and his own compositions. A seven-string guitar and unusual instruments made from recycled materials provide the coordinates for a personal musical geography, drawn by the Italian artist based in Barcelona.

Music, songs and stories of objects, people and communities come together in a solo concert that is more than a concert. Alongside guitar and voice, the performance features mbira, sounding objects, jaw harp and a loop station: different instruments that explore the relationship between sound, storytelling and creative reuse.
